Oklahoma City Zoo Amphitheatre
The Oklahoma City Zoo Amphitheatre, a popular summer performance venue, faced the challenge of delivering high-quality audio for diverse musical genres while minimizing noise complaints from nearby residents. To address these needs, SaveLive, the venue management organization, partnered with Miller Pro Audio and K-array USA to install a Firenze Concert system. For the 2024 summer season, the lineup included Legends of Hip Hop (Ice Cube, E-40, and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony), Blues Traveler, Howard Jones, Flaming Lips, Slightly Stoopid, CAKE and Benson Boone, among others.

Solution
A powerful K-array Firenze touring system was selected for its high fidelity, high SPL performance, and beam steering capabilities. The system included:
Main Arrays: Left and right hangs of nine Firenze KH8 speakers with onboard DSP and Electronic Beam Steering (EBS).
Subwoofers: 12x Firenze-KS8 self-powered, weather-resistant subwoofers
